Le Bon means right or good in French. Taken from our parent company name Le Bonheur Supreme which means bliss, Le Bon Pastry brings you the right pastry made the right way. We prioritize fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients. We make everything we can from scratch because that is the way our Moms did it. We bake with balance, a formula made up of emotion, creativity, and flavor. This means our pastries are creatively curated, with some gourmet panache, flavorful, and evoke an emotional experience. In essence, our pastries taste and feel like home. We make gourmet biscuits, cookies, cakes, and more. We operate out of the Farmer’s markets, pop-ups, and special events. You can contact us about our availability based on your specific needs. We are happy to meet special orders and private events pending review.

Maryland Bakes is a shared Kitchen for local food artists. S membership based program featuring assistance with Licensing for Startups, with dry and cold storage available.

Currently, Priscilla’s Pound Cakes operates out of a shared commercial kitchen space located in downtown Frederick, Maryland. The owner, Priscilla is happily married to her husband Nick and they have two children. Priscilla has been an avid home baker since she was a child. What initially started as baking cakes for friends and family during the pandemic quickly turned into a profitable small business, with positive customer feedback and a loyal customer base. Priscilla’s Pound Cakes specializes in gourmet pound cakes offered in a variety of delectable flavors including rum, lemon, vanilla and more. The Buzz team always does our best to support the community. We have partnered up with other local women-owned businesses in Frederick, like Dublin Roasters and Sweet Babe’s Creamery. We also try to support Frederick County schools and bake for fundraising as often as possible.

We love to buy local. We receive fresh weekly deliveries for most of our ingredients, including Wagner’s Meats, Stone Hearth Bakery, and local eggs.
