Tania joins L.P. Calomeris Realty with 19 years of real estate experience and has earned the Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation and is working towards obtaining her associate broker’s license. Tania also has extensive experience in staging homes that she offers to clients to help maximize value. Born and raised in Maryland, Tania has been a Frederick County resident since 2003. Tania has an extensive work history which includes bookkeeping, event planning and retail management. Through her experience she developed the outstanding organizational skills needed to manage a transaction from contract to closing!
