CycleFit is a locally owned boutique fitness studio in Frederick since 2016 . We turn the music up and the lights go down for our unique indoor cycling and group strength HIIT classes, designed for all fitness levels. Open 7 days a week with in-studio classes, live virtual classes and ondemand classes. Our instructors share their personalities, playlists and strengths to create workouts both on and off the bike that are challenging and engaging.

Dance Ambassadors is an organization dedicated to providing quality dance training. Our program is virtually based with opportunities available to perform in-person. We believe if you have the desire to learn how to dance, we are here to help you learn. Our classes are available virtually – which means you could be in California or the Pacific Northwest and still take dance classes with us on the East Coast. We offer a wide variety of programs and dance styles. We are always seeking more opportunities for our students to perform.
