One of America’s finest examples of German colonial architecture. The 1758 stone house is one of the earliest known homes in Frederick and has several unique architecture features. The house and Heritage Garden are known for its living history events. Tour the Heritage Garden weekdays and weekends.
Visit Schifferstadt:
Walk-in any time on Saturday or Sunday from 2 pm to 5 pm. Trained docents will be on hand to tell you the history and significance of the house and to show you through it.
The cost is $8 per adult & children under 12 are free.
