Le Bon means right or good in French. Taken from our parent company name Le Bonheur Supreme which means bliss, Le Bon Pastry brings you the right pastry made the right way. We prioritize fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients. We make everything we can from scratch because that is the way our Moms did it. We bake with balance, a formula made up of emotion, creativity, and flavor. This means our pastries are creatively curated, with some gourmet panache, flavorful, and evoke an emotional experience. In essence, our pastries taste and feel like home. We make gourmet biscuits, cookies, cakes, and more. We operate out of the Farmer’s markets, pop-ups, and special events.
